The benefits of having your webpage art first modeled and rendered in 3D may not be immediately apparent. With a marginally higher initial build cost, some would immediately shy away from such a commission. However, as longer term consideration, it make total sense.
Not only does a 3D rendered image have virtually limitless resolution that can be scaled all the way from a simple web graphic to a full sized billboard but the lighting of the element is 100% consistent if ever you were inclined to change the angle of the render. The lighting is both repeatable and adjustable even after the fact if the client requires a change. Finally the most obvious benefit is of course the ability to go from still to 3D animated motion. Motion conveys a message a still just cannot. See for yourself below.
